Patrick,

I signed up for TCS Foreclosures in October of 08. Because of the knowledge I gained from the TCS Foreclosures class I have purchased two homes. I purchased the first one in December of 08 and performed many of the $103,000.00 in a seller’s market because of its price range and size. I would have been happy to make $85,000.00, which is what I had estimated that I would be able to sell the home for. My second home I just purchased for $53,000.00, I will be putting it back on the market for $109,000. This home requires minimum renovations in order to put back on the market. There is absolutely no way that I cannot make money on this house.

I could not have done this without listening to TCS Foreclosures classes and reading the TCS Foreclosures books. I am currently working on my first short sales with your team (within the next couple days) and am looking forward to doing deal at least once a week.

As an unemployed engineer I was looking forward to going back to the grind of working 9 to 5 after 18 years at the same company. I have found that TCS Foreclosures classes have enabled me to do something different and make even more money than I was as an engineer. Now everyday is like Saturday for me, allowing me to make my own schedule and enjoy my family. Thanks so much for sharing this information with me TCS Foreclosures.
