Dear Patrick and TCS Foreclosures:

This is a letter of thank you, as well as testimonial to your product. I have been a student of Patrick’s as well as TCS Foreclosures for about 30 days now, and up to now, I will be closing on my first deal in two days, with a great payday! I have two more pending deals that are currently in place as well.

I would like to further state, that I really appreciate the opportunity to be included in an organization like TCS Foreclosures. I knew right from the start of the introduction of the program, that it would work; I just didn’t know that it would be so soon! I’ve trued numerous business ideas, some worked, while others failed, and this by far is the best thing since sliced bread. TCS Foreclosure’s program is the most honest type of business that produces a good return to both the homeowner and me, the student. It is such a great feeling to call a homeowner and say, “Your short sale was accepted.” I’ve been in my community for about 18 years, and who would have thought I would have an opportunity like this to really give back in an honest way.

Who ever is at TCS Foreclosures, I thank you for you expertise in foreclosure/short sales. I look forward to the conference call every Tuesday! It’s interesting to listen and learn from the other classmates. Patrick has a very good approach to teaching, because I was “clueless” when I started out. He is very patient, he asked questions, and he listens to our questions. Everything that Patrick has taught me over the weekly conference calls is the reason why I have my first deal so soon. For anyone who has not made their first deal yet, do not give up, keep yourself motivated, and make sure that your writing down the conference calls notes, because your going to refer back to them to complete your deals.

In conclusions, TCS foreclosures have offered a great opportunity at our disposal. We have a great trainer as well as a great staff behind us. I really appreciate the opportunity to be included in such a regarding, and prosperous organization. TCS Foreclosures training methods are #1. This is something that only occurs once in a lifetime, and I’m glad to be a part of it! Thank you again!
