My name is Robert Kerzman. I have been in sales for quite a number of years. I never thought I would see myself working in the real estate field, especially dealing with fore closured properties.  One of my co-workers was kept raving about this wonderful company called TCS foreclosures and how he just started up and how soon he’ll be leaving us all behind because he will be able to be his own boss. That caught my attention. I would love to work for Robert Kerzman and only Robert Kerzman not having anyone over my head. I do love my job but the extra money and the thought of not needing to work for someone else was so tempting. I was not about to let this opportunity pass me by without at least seeing what they offered.

I went to the TCS Foreclosures office in Irvine, CA and met Andrew Wardein and saw Patrick Grom train. Everyone was so helpful and sincere. I could stop anyone and ask a question and they were more than happy to answer me. I just loved the energy and the whole vibe of TCS Foreclosures. I knew I had to jump on the train before it left without me. Andrew Wardein and I spoke majority of the time. Andrew Wardein knows what he’s talking about and is more than excited to get me started and to work with me and make sure I am successful. I can see myself and Andrew Wardein being good friends not only within TCS Foreclosures but outside as well. You build long term relationships here. He’s just like me. Anyone can do this.  I have been taking the educational courses and, WOW! I’ve learned so much and TCS Foreclosures have not only met my expectations but exceeded it by far. Andrew Wardein has set me up with some great investors and I am in the process of making money off my first two properties I purchased. It’s only been less than a MONTH and I’m still learning. Things are skyrocketing and with the deals I’m working on I see a very bright future for myself and my family. TCS Foreclosures is the ticket everyone has been looking to get their hands on.
