Hi Patrick,

I felt compelled to write to you and thank you & TCS Foreclosures for the great training that was provided. I have had a number of successful short sales since I signed on with TCS Foreclosures and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I realize that the thorough short sale packet and the process that you teach has everything to do with my success, and has made the process fun!!

It is so gratifying to be able to help out a family that has gotten themselves into a mess, make some money in the process and provide an investment property to someone who wants one. This is truly a win-win. I have realtors now passing files off to me when they fail and their short sales.

I was reminded this morning of just how valuable TCS Foreclosure’s training is when I received some hate mail in the form of an email from another individual in my city who is attempting to buy foreclosure properties. It came out of the blue and they accused me of being a scammer. I think it was prompted by the scheduled Trustee sale this Friday of a property that I have under contract that this person maybe was planning to buy at the courthouse. As they spewed all kinds of stuff at me it was obvious to me that they didn’t come close to understanding the short sale process, foreclosure or even our state laws with regards to foreclosures and deficiency judgments.

TCS Foreclosures is definitely worth the investment, and I am glad to be part of it.
